This group was born out of a need for a new way to meet quality people in SL. Now sitting on 83 members as of this morning, we currently have this lovely blog page, a hangout and an events schedule. And this is all achieved in a month! I for one think that it is fantastic for sure a short amount of time. And while I must thank all the moderators and everyone putting hard work into this...it would not be possible without you as a member.
Sooo...that being said. Our events schedule needs more events. We want to be able to offer more events run by our members on a weekly basis. So if there is anything you would like to see or something you feel you can contribute, please send me a NC and we can add it to the schedule for you. We will help advertise and even come along and hangout of course! And we do have locations for parties etc already set up should that be what you want to do regularly.

Adding to Rosalyn's post, we do want to provide members with an active and engaging group. Yes, we need people to step up and host activities, etc. However, we also want to offer prizes and such. Unfortunately, Rosalyn, myself, Ambie and Stu can't carry the full weight of these without help. So, if you are a designer, photographer, artist, builder, etc., and are willing to donate for contests and challenges, please let Rosalyn know. Your prize will be posted along with the associated event's information and you may include a landmark to your store or website. Please note that this is the ONLY time that you may advertise your business or service in this group.
